If, for any reason, the information is incomplete or untrue, all shared services will be suspended and the service fee will not be refunded, and only by providing correct and valid information, the services will be suspended and reactivated.

The subscriber is obliged to provide the photo of his identification documents to "Tepa" within a maximum period of one month from the date of purchase. If the subscriber refuses to send the documents for any reason, all his services will be suspended until the documents are sent.

Respected users of Tepa cloud services are strongly advised to change their password periodically and do their best to keep it confidential. The consequences of not maintaining confidentiality will be borne by the subscriber and Tepa will not be responsible for this.

The subscriber does not have the right to transfer and delegate his rights and obligations to another natural and legal person or persons without obtaining official consent, and in case of such an action, his service will be terminated.

The requested service will be delivered automatically after confirming the initial payment of the purchased plan.

The subscriber is obliged to pay and extend his credit at the latest before the end of the service charge. Otherwise, Tepa has the right to suspend all transfer facilities and related services. If the period of non-payment is extended to one week, the service will be permanently interrupted and no responsibility regarding the available data will be towards Tepa.

In case of non-activation of the service or if there is any discrepancy in the service provided with the requested specifications, the subscriber is obliged to notify Tepa within 48 hours from the date of purchase by registering a request in the support system, and Tepa is obliged to correct the situation. within 48 hours at most.

All Tepa's correspondence with the subscriber, including technical, financial, etc., will be done through the subscriber's e-mail or by registering a request in the support system. Subscriber is also committed to correspondence with TEPA and to facilitate support by registering a request in the support system.

Any correspondence regarding making changes or sending confidential information must be done by registering a request in the support system or sending a written letter with a joint signature (or his representative) which is attached to the system.

The subscriber is obliged to comply with the laws, regulations and relevant approvals in accordance with the laws of the United States.

It is not allowed to use the Internet service available on the servers and the IDC service in any other place (including the use of Tunneling, VPN, PPTP, etc.)

 In case of any damage to Tepa or other third party natural and legal entities that is caused by joint activities or failure to comply with the provisions of this agreement by the subscriber, the subscriber will be committed and obliged to compensate the damages and answer to the judicial authorities.

Considering the need to control the quality of project equipment in the Tepa data center, Tepa can carry out quality control work whenever it deems appropriate in coordination with the customer. The subscriber is also obliged to do the necessary cooperation.

If the subscriber does not request the backup service, there will be no responsibility for the loss of data for any reason, and the support and maintenance of the programs and data of the server or servers after the initial setup is the responsibility of the subscriber.

The subscriber does not have the right to send e-mails in large volume (spamming), which violates the rules of using internet services and causes pressure on the equipment and disruption of the services of other subscribers. The subscriber undertakes that the purchased IPs will not be included in any of the valid blacklists due to violations of national and international laws, and otherwise, the subscriber is responsible for compensation and appropriate measures to remove the IPs from the relevant blacklists.

The subscriber has the right to distribute content that destroys or violates the rights of natural or legal persons does not have to be The responsibility of not complying with this clause is the responsibility of the customer and Tepa will not have any responsibility in this regard.

The subscriber is not allowed to send any virus such as (Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses) or any virus that will appear in the future and is not allowed to do other destructive activities such as (Hacking).

Tepa will not bear any obligation in front of the copyright law, trademarks, as well as the registration or the right to register services, equipment and software related to the subscriber, either in US or in other countries, and all responsibilities are the responsibility of the subscriber.

The subscriber undertakes not to use the leased services for the publication and reproduction, sale and illegal distribution of software, music, writings, films, serials, reports and any files belonging to US or foreign persons or companies, without their permission, and all copyright laws comply with the international standards mentioned in the rules of the World Trade Organization. In case of objection by the person or company with the rights and the subscriber does not have enough documents, Tepa will be able to remove the disputed contents from the rented server or cut off the access to the service according to the importance of the request of the person or company with the rights. The problem can lead to the end of the service without refunding the remaining period. Also, the subscriber undertakes not to use any of the P2P software such as Torrent and Emule to download or upload files that violate the rules, and otherwise, according to the conditions, Tepa may block the relevant server, in such a situation, no money will be returned. became.

The subscriber is responsible for all the information exchanged in the assigned IPs and the information available on the used servers, and Tepa will not have any responsibility in this regard.

The ownership and control of the IP number is under Tepa's control and Tepa reserves the right to change and move any IP number at any time, and these changes will be coordinated with the subscriber only when necessary.

The subscriber is committed to provide Tepa with the necessary access to change their equipment and settings for better service when necessary, and also to cooperate with Tepa to fulfill it.

In the event of any unforeseen accident and other factors beyond the control of Tepa such as war, strike, public disturbance, lightning, fire, earthquake, flood, government regulations and instructions, disconnection of urban telecommunication lines, no responsibility for disconnection and Also, other cases are not directed at the parties and the parties deny the right of any claim against each other.

In case of changing the service tariffs, the previous tariff is only valid until the end of the shared service period, and any extension or upgrade of the service will be calculated with the new tariff.

The cost of changing one service to another is equal to the difference in the cost of two services in proportion to the days and resources remaining from the service.

The reduction of the storage space depends on the lack of technical restrictions according to the service status.

Not using the service together is not a reason for not calculating the time spent in the service period.

The owner will be able to detect the amount of resources used, the reports of the billing system and the Tepa portal.

If the resources of the common service exceed the set limits, Tepa has the right to stop the service without prior notice until the situation is determined and inform the commoner. Also, the subscriber is obliged to pay the difference for the period that did not meet the resource limit.

The maximum storage time for subscriber data after the end of the service is 1 hour for hourly services and 7 days for monthly services, and after this period, the subscriber data will be completely deleted and Tepa will not be responsible for the subscriber data after This time will not pass.

In hourly services, the owner of the end of the service and its termination will be the end of the balance of the subscriber's wallet, and these services will continue until they are not terminated by the subscriber.

In case of cancellation of the purchased service, the amount paid after deducting the service fee from the beginning of the period until the cancellation will be transferred to the user's wallet in the Tepa portal.

Entering the subscribers' servers and installing any software or making adjustments in it is beyond the authority of the Tepa support unit. Therefore, if the user requests, Tepa can proceed with the user's permission to install and provide the relevant settings.

Using Tepa services means confirming all purchase rules.

International services

 

40. Tepa company has created a platform with the aim of providing access to international banned services for US users. But according to the sanctions, it is possible to identify access routes. Therefore, Tepa has no obligation to guarantee the continuation of these accesses, but it does its best to create other access routes. But if access is not possible, the remaining fees of the services will be transferred to the user's wallet in the Tepa portal if the external service provider provides Tepa.

 

41. Due to the fact that it is not possible for Tepa company to access the content of the services and how users use international services, therefore, any responsibility for the use of these services lies with the users and Tepa is not responsible for how users use them.

 

42. Based on the provisions and obligations of the agreement and according to the order of the competent authorities of the country, the use of data center services to launch and distribute VPN and proxy services is prohibited. Therefore, if the above cases are identified, according to the legal requirements, all data center services will be stopped and the information of the data center service client will be provided to the legal authorities.

 

43.Due to the fluctuations of the dollar/euro rate, if the difference in the dollar rate is significant from the beginning of the monthly service period, the duration of the monthly period may be reduced or increased without prior notice.

 

44. If the data center does not accept the possibility of refunding or returning the service fee, it is not possible to cancel the service from Tepa's side. But if this is possible, the amount can be returned by deducting the fee and the remaining cost.
